Wm. Kirk Zickler has intensively focused on mutual fund investment management since 1998. In 2003 he joined the Rocky Mountain Private Wealth Management team as an Investment Advisor. In 2004 he formed Coastal Wealth Management, LP to better serve his clients. Throughout his career, Kirk has continued to hone his skills in the financial management and analysis.  Graduating from Texas A&M University in 1983 with a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering and working in various areas of engineering and real estate develpment he quickly learned the many aspects of business and the importance of risk management. Initially spending a number of years in engineering and construction including ownership of a home building company, followed by a move into the finance and management side of business managing portfolios of $26M with NationsBank and $180M with Rice University. He currently acts as President and Lead Advisor for Coastal Wealth Management, LP.

Ms. Wilka Varela Toppins graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts and received her Doctor of Jurisprudence cum laude from Tulane Law School. Ms. Varela Toppins has served as counsel for Exxon Company, USA, Porter & Hedges, L.L.P., SBC Communications, Inc., East West Resources, Inc., Wiley, Rein and Fielding, L.L.P., In September 2003, Ms. Varela Toppins founded the Toppins Law Firm, P.C. where she concentrates in areas such as litigation, corporate law, commercial transactions, real estate, international law and labor/employment law. Ms. Varela Toppins is a frequent public speaker to national and regional conventions and organizations on various business legal topics. In 2007, Ms. Varela Toppins joined Coastal Wealth Management, LP to participate in the development of its Foreign Opportunities Fund.

A native of Puerto Rico, she is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and has developed an expertise working with Latin American entrepreneurs, investors and corporations who want to enter the United States for business investment.
